Last Quarter Grade 10

As I approach the conclusion of my Grade 10 and junior high school journey, I am filled with a sense of reflection and anticipation. This milestone marks the end of a significant chapter in my academic life, and I am taking this opportunity to look back on the experiences, lessons, and memories that have shaped me.
Throughout my time in junior high, I have been fortunate to encounter challenges that have tested my resolve, opportunities that have broadened my horizons, and friendships that have enriched my life. The past years have been a period of growth, exploration, and self-discovery, and I am grateful for the support and guidance I have received from my teachers, family, and peers.
As I prepare to embark on the next stage of my academic journey, I am reminded of the importance of perseverance, resilience, and determination. I am confident that the skills and values I have acquired will serve me well in the years to come. I look forward to embracing the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead, and to continuing to strive for excellence in all that I do.

My Nutrition Month Experience in ISNHS

 Participating in our school's Nutrition Month celebration was enlightening. The theme highlighted the impact of nutrition on our wellbeing and future prospects. Through food fest, nutri-jingle, nutri-quiz, poster making, and oratorical speaking, i gained insights into balanced diets, mindful eating, and sustainable food systems. A balanced diet boosts energy, supports growth, and prevents diseases by prioritizing nutrition, we can improve academic performance, enhance wellbeing, and create a healthier community. Nutrition education is the key to building a brighter future. I'm grateful to have been a part of the Nutrition Month celebration in ISNHS. By spreading awareness about nutrition, we can empower ourselves and others to make healthier choices and build a more sustainable future.
