Reflecting On My 1st Quarter As A Grade 10 Student

With multiple assignments and projects due around the same time, I've had to learn how to prioritize tasks, focus on the most important ones, and avoid procrastination. Through trial and error, I've developed strategies to stay on top of my work, including creating schedules and breaking down larger tasks into smaller, manageable chunks. I've also experienced significant personal growth. I've developed a growth mindset, understanding that it's okay to make mistakes and that I can learn from them. This shift in perspective has allowed me to approach challenges with greater confidence and resilience. Furthermore, ...

My Nutrition Month Experience in ISNHS

Image
Participating in our school's Nutrition Month celebration was enlightening. The theme highlighted the impact of nutrition on our wellbeing and future prospects. Through food fest, nutri-jingle, nutri-quiz, poster making, and oratorical speaking, i gained insights into balanced diets, mindful eating, and sustainable food systems. A balanced diet boosts energy, supports growth, and prevents diseases by prioritizing nutrition, we can improve academic performance, enhance wellbeing, and create a healthier community. Nutrition education is the key to building a brighter future. I'm grateful to have been a part of the Nutrition Month celebration in ISNHS. By spreading awareness about nutrition, we can empower ourselves and others to make healthier choices and build a more sustainable future. Let's prioritize nutrition and nourish our minds and bodies for optimal health and happiness.

A SLICE OF MY LIFE

Domingo, Ilocos Sur, and is currently studying here at Ilocos Sur National High School. ICT may be a hard subject but with my helpful and kind teacher and classmates, i can better my skills throughout grade 10. I usually watch shows, movies and documentaries about various things, i like comedies, romances, and action genres and i do this mainly in my free time or when i am at home. I also like cycling to far places like Abra Tunnel, Ilocos Norte, or just at Banaoang Bridge. And whenever i have extra time, i spend time with my family to deepen our family love. I am currently in grade 10 SSC getting ready for Senior high school and college. I want to work to pursue my dream of becoming an Attorney or Accountant. I want to help my parents and repay them of all they have done for me. Overall, i am a student that wants to ...
